Return & Exchange Policy


We truly want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. Being a small shop, we ask that all return requests follow the guidelines below.

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date.

If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return requests must be approved before items are sent back.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received

Items that are worn, washed, used, opened, or damaged will not be accepted.

We are unable to accept returns for used or opened items.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items purchased with discount codes of 15% or greater
• Items purchased during sales or promotions
Clearance/outlet items

The 10% welcome code is the only exception and does not make your order final sale.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, $5 return shipping will be deducted or you can contact us for the address to send back with a carrier of your choice.

This helps cover processing and restocking costs for our small shop.


Free Shipping Orders

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

If items from a free shipping order are returned and the remaining merchandise value falls below $150, the original $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.


Exchanges

We allow one exchange per order.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can assist you.


Incorrect or Non-Returnable Items Sent Back

Please ensure only approved and eligible items are returned.

If a non-returnable item is sent back, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the item returned to them.


International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping through their preferred carrier.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
