Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hello Little Crew. As a small family-run shop, we truly appreciate your support and patience. We do our very best to get every order packed with care and sent on its way quickly.

Processing Times

We aim to ship most orders within 2 business days.

During peak seasons, such as new collection launches, restocks, holidays, or sale events, please allow up to 1 week or more for processing as we work as quickly as possible to prepare every order with care.

Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped via USPS Mail, FedEx, or UPS in the US. We are based in California, USA.

If you need express shipping, please email us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to provide available rush shipping options.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been fulfilled and accepted by the shipping carrier, Hello Little Crew is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, misdeliveries, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.

However, we do insure our shipments (up to $200 in the US and $100 internationally) whenever possible and will gladly assist you in filing a claim when eligible. Approved claims may result in reimbursement or replacement through the carrier’s verified claims process.

Please understand that carrier delays are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to help.

Order Updates

If there are any unexpected delays or changes with your order before shipment, we will contact you by email with an update.

Inventory Availability

We carry limited quantities, and some items may sell out quickly. We do our best to keep inventory updated, but occasional oversells may happen. If there is something you’re hoping for, please feel free to reach out — we love helping fulfill wish lists whenever we can.

Small Shop Note

As a small family business, occasional family emergencies or unforeseen delays may arise. We truly appreciate your kindness and understanding if that ever happens.

Pre-Orders

Some items may be offered as pre-order.

Estimated delivery dates will be provided whenever possible, but please note these dates may change due to production schedules, shipping timelines, customs delays, or factors outside our control.

On rare occasions, a pre-order item may be canceled by the supplier or manufacturer. If this happens, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.
